Shipping costs quoted on skinboats.com are for USPS mail, UPS ground and international economy. We typically ship on Wednesdays. If you require express shipping or rush service please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
International Shipping
Yes, we will ship to you just about anywhere in the world. We understand our unique products are difficult to source; it's an honor for us to share them with you. We will shop for the fastest shipping option with the lowest cost to you.
Every country has different import tax rules that we do not know. Please check the import and customs rules in your country to save any surprise charges. We can not be responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may accrue.
Countless orders have been shipped overseas with very few issues. For this reason, we will continue to serve our international customers.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return any defective or unused item in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.
Please contact us to request a return authorization. Include your order number and description of the items you'd like to return or need replaced.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item(s) we'll confirm receipt and notify you of your refund status. Upon approval, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing may take several days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Cost
Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping except in the case of defective items or those damaged in transit. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
